Just open the machine on the hinge, tuck the sleeve in to form a pocket, set your paper into the pocket. Sprinkle your tobacco into the paper, wet the gummed edge, then gently close the machine. Your cigarette pops out in the window. Takes some practice, but after you become used to it, these machines are handy to have. These are hard-to-find in the 100's size.
